ID Name Tags – Emergency
We have had several medical emergencies on the pickleball courts.  After contacting the needed emergency agencies someone should contact the Voyager Front Gate personnel (520-574-5400) and Voyager Security (520-574-5105) to alert them that emergency vehicles will be needed at the pickleball court.
Placing ID and emergency contact information on the outside of our pickleball bags will help others to contact family to notify them of the emergency situation. 
If you have an old Voyager laminated ID badge, you can put a label on the back with your emergency phone number and then hang that off your pickleball bag.
Another way is to use  to print out and laminate your own medical emergency ID.

If you do carry your phone in your pickleball bag, an easy method for others to contact family by phone is to list that person and their phone number under a contact name of ICE (In Case of Emergency).

Voyager Holiday Tournament

11th Annual Voyager Holiday Open Skill Level

Note: All deadlines are 23:59 Arizona time on the specified date

This is an open skill level tournament, open to all ages, for skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0.
Entries limited to no more 20 teams per skill level.  Registration may also be closed when the tournament director deems the courts are at capacity for the day.  Entry order and place on event limit list will be determined by the online registration & payment dates of the LATTER partner of the team to register & pay (i.e. both team members must create their own online registration & pay).  Registration is not complete until the waiver is signed and fees are received.

Events begin at 8:00am & check-in opens at 7:00am.  Check-in at least 30 minutes prior to start time each day.
Staggered start times will be sent out, via email only, the week of the tournament.
Rain delay makeup date - Sunday, Dec 10.
Special Event: Thursday, December 7, 6:00 pm in the Voyager Ballroom – Meet and Greet Social.  Join us for dinner.  Bring your favorite drink (alcohol allowed).  No charge.  
Pets are not allowed in the areas surrounding the pickleball courts.  Please leave them at home or in your RV.
Donation Boxes will be available at Check-in for the Tucson Food Bank (a non perishable food item), the Salvation Army Toy Drive (a new toy) and/or Larry's Shoe Angels (children's new shoes and socks).  Help us give to those less fortunate during this holiday season!
